A few words from Nancy:

“I am so excited to announce this collaboration between myself and Laura Akram - a long time friend and amazing yoga teacher….

Together we will move, breathe, meditate and connect to see how yoga can become a way of life .... 

Our stunning home for the week is Villa enchanted - set within beautiful peaceful surroundings yet only 3km from the beautiful Cala Longa and Cala Olivera.  

All food will be organic plant based; locally sources and lovingly prepared. 

There will be two yoga classes each day and one yoga-free day ... yoga classes will include journalling, breathwork, philosophy and meditation. Both myself and Laura have been teaching for well over a decade and look forward to celebrating a multi layered offering.
