This afternoon will be an opportunity for you to tune in, pause and jot down anything you would love to acknowledge and celebrate under the light of the final full moon of 2024!
You will be guided through some journalling prompts, led through a closed eye visualisation before softening into your space on the mat as you let yourself pause and rest while you listen to a soothing sound bath to release, rest, realign and step into your last few weeks of the year feeling rested and ready for all the things!
What to wear: Your fave comfies that you can relax in and be warm and cosy.
What to bring: Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are all provided but please do bring anything that will make you comfortable in your space for the time we are together.

Followed by brunch at The Lakeside Shack, which includes tea/coffee and sourdough with smashed avocado, poached egg and either feta or chorizo. Hopefully the sun will be shining 🤞 but if not then the session will still take place under a marquee.

7:00 We will start the day with a Yoga warm-up, Loni will guide you through a gentle breathing & stretch session at The Barn.
7.45 Complimentary herbal teas and fruit bowls are available.
8:00 We will set off on the hike with a qualified and experienced Walking Leader who has taken many groups over the Hills for over 10 years.
12:30 Please bring your own lunch. We will stop off at Heartworks Cafe and the Cafe at Leith Hill for snacks.
17:15 Return to the Barn to stretch it out with a restorative grounding exercise.

This year we (National Trust) are collaborating with Park Yoga to bring you free weekly yoga sessions at Box Hill.
Sessions run for 21 weeks from the 5 May to 22 September.
All sessions are held on a Sunday morning 9:30 - 10:30 and are for people of all ages and abilities.
The aim of these sessions is to encourage people to take part in activities outdoors which are good for their health and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome, no registration required, accompanied children welcome.
All sessions are led by a qualified local instructor. ( Surrey Souls Founder, Amanda!)
Meeting point: Box Hill, Donkey Green, opposite the viewpoint, The Old Fort Box Hill Road, Tadworth KT20 7LB
What to bring and wear: Please bring your own mat or towel. Suitable clothing, extra layers or sunhat etc.
Other: Normal parking charges apply
NB: Ticks may be present, as always with grassy areas, so please bring an extra towel to place under your mat.
