This mini workshop will begin with angel cards, breathwork and connection .. 

an end with meditation and a crystal bowl sound bath which is scientifically proven to change your brain wave state and leave you feeling chilled and set up for a good nights sleep. 

It is advisable but not essential to have PROPS for the class : 2 Bricks  , A belt,  a cushion/ bolster and a blanket :) I can bring extra belts and bricks if you dont have these. 

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD BY CANDLE LIGHT AT THE LAKESIDE INN  ..
