Yoga - a combination of Vinyasa, Yin & Kundalini to activate a sense of presence and connection 

Cold Water Immersion - this part of the morning is optional - you could choose to watch, to dip or to swim. 

Brunch at the Reverie restaurant 

and an enchanting sound bath in the woodland camp (or inn by the lake if weather is bad)
