Tight back muscles, particularly the lats, can even contribute to hip tightness due to their impact on hip movement. 

In this workshop, you'll understand your body better and learn techniques to release tension, build strength, and improve posture. Whether new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this session will help you feel more balanced and aligned.
