Our new studio is fully equipped with top-of-the-range yoga gear to elevate your practice and refreshments to keep you refreshed and energized.

Class Size & Parking
Weekday classes can accommodate up to 12 students, and Saturday’s class will be limited to 6 students for a more personal experience. Convenient parking is available at Morrisons, just a short walk from the studio.

Class Schedule
Monday 7:30pm: Strong Vinyasa
Wednesday 7:00pm: Gentle Vinyasa (beginner-friendly with a restorative element)
Thursday 6:00pm: Strong Flow Vinyasa
Saturday 9:30am: Strong Vinyasa (limited to 6 students for a more intimate practice)
Classes are 1 hour long.
