Kat teaches a progressive term time block of yoga classes, each week building on the previous, so you can learn and progress. 

What to expect

A lovely community of local yogis is starting to build for this all-levels class, catering for yoga newbies as well as more intermediate yogis who want to improve their practice.

Expect some flow, some static pose holds, and as we build strength and flexibility, a story or two, and some fun along the way. There are 10 snug parking spaces at the hall & on street parking too. Bring your own mat!

Mixing safely aligned movement with breathwork & relaxation, leaving you challenged & rested at the same time, ready to take on your week.

A few more words from Kat:

I teach in a block of classes (rather than casual drop ins), so you get to see progress through your weekly practice, and I can plan to help you progress.

Each block is normally 5 or 6 weeks long, and there is always an early bird booking discount. The booking system will also let you use up your 5 or 6 class credits by swopping into another hall class I run, availability permitting. 

If this is your first time joining, and you've missed the start of the block, please drop me a note to see if we can work something out.

Lastly, I need a minimum of 5 regular committed yogis booked on to go ahead with any of the timeslots on offer.

Fee: 6 class credits standard is £102
