Charlotte Sharpe Therapy

Are you feeling exhausted and as if meeting your child’s basic needs are about all you can manage? Are you feeling as if you’re not the parent that you want to be, or used to be? If this is resonating then you might be experiencing parental burnout and this session is for you. As usual it will be an opportunity to talk about your own mental health and experience of mothering. And I’ll be there sharing my own experiences and giving you some info about burnout and how to help it.
